Do you offer airport transfers 24 hours a day, including holidays?
Yes. Our dispatch team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and all major holidays. Early morning departures from 3:00 AM and late-night arrivals are handled routinely.
If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible at (508) 800-6000. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 6 hours may be subject to a fee. Flight delays are handled automatically at no charge — cancellations are different from delays.
Yes. At the time of booking, specify any vehicle class — Executive Sedan (Cadillac XT6), Premium Sedan (Mercedes S550), Executive SUV (Chevrolet Suburban), Premium SUV (Cadillac Escalade ESV), or a larger van for group transfers.
For curbside pickups, you receive a text notification when your chauffeur is on the way and when they arrive at your terminal. For meet-and-greet, your chauffeur is at baggage claim with your name sign. You can also call (508) 800-6000 at any time for a real-time update.
Do you track international flights differently?
Yes. For international arrivals, we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time — accounting for customs and immigration. We do not start the clock until you have cleared customs, typically 45 to 60 minutes after wheels down.
No. Luggage assistance is included in every airport transfer at no extra charge. For exceptionally large quantities or oversized items such as golf bags or ski equipment, please mention this at booking so we can assign an appropriately sized vehicle.
Yes. We pick up from any address in Foxboro, Walpole, Mansfield, Sharon, Norwood, Stoughton, Canton, Braintree, Quincy, and the full South Shore region. We deliver you to your specific departure terminal and airline curb.
