There is no minimum. We open corporate accounts for companies with 1 to 100+ monthly rides. Even if your team travels 2 to 3 times per month, the monthly billing, priority dispatch, and account manager benefits make a corporate account worthwhile.
Yes. You can designate up to 3 authorized bookers on a standard account. Each can place individual reservations, and all rides appear on the single monthly invoice with traveler name and cost center noted.
How does monthly billing work?
On the first business day of each month, you receive an itemized invoice for all rides in the prior month — listed by date, traveler, route, vehicle class, and amount. Payment is due within 30 days.
