We Build Your Transportation Plan

Our events team creates a full transportation plan — vehicle assignments, pickup timing, routing, staggered departures, and post-event return logistics — based on your specific event timeline.

Confirm and Deposit

Review the plan, confirm any changes, and secure your booking with a deposit. All vehicle assignments and pricing are locked in at this stage.

Pre-Event Coordination Call

72 hours before your event, your dedicated dispatcher calls to confirm all logistics, run through the timeline, and verify any last-minute changes.

Event Day Execution

Your dispatcher monitors the full event from first pickup to last return. Every chauffeur is in direct contact with dispatch. Real-time adjustments are made as needed.

Post-Event Returns

After the event concludes, we execute the return transportation plan with the same precision as the arrivals.

Due to extreme demand for transportation on Gillette Stadium event days, rides to and from the stadium are subject to peak event pricing. Last-minute bookings are automatically assigned peak rates. Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book event transportation?

For Gillette Stadium events — NFL games, major concerts — we recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. For the biggest events, we sometimes reach capacity 6 to 8 weeks out. For private galas and corporate dinners, 1 to 2 weeks is generally sufficient, though more lead time is always better.

What happens if the event runs later than planned?

Our vehicles and chauffeurs stay on standby throughout your event window. If the event runs late, your dispatcher adjusts the return schedule in real time. Extended time beyond the booked window is billed at an hourly rate disclosed at booking.

Do you coordinate with event venues directly?

Yes. For large events, we establish direct communication with your venue coordinator or event planner to align on vehicle access, drop-off and pickup zones, and timing. This pre-coordination prevents day-of complications.

Can you handle transportation for events with 200+ guests?

Yes. For large guest counts, we scale to motor coaches (55 passengers each) running shuttle loops. We have coordinated transportation for events with up to 400 guests using a combination of motor coaches, mini coaches, and Sprinter vans.

Is event day pricing different from regular pricing?

Yes. Gillette Stadium event days, major TD Garden sellouts, and Fenway playoff games are subject to peak event pricing due to high demand. Pricing is always disclosed before your booking is confirmed.

Can you provide on-site vehicle staging at the venue?

Yes. We can pre-stage vehicles in specific parking areas or private vehicle staging zones at the venue. This requires advance coordination with venue security and event staff, which we handle.
