These Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client," "Passenger," or "you") and Foxboro Black Car Company, owned and operated by Apex Black Car & Limousine INC., a Massachusetts corporation with its principal place of business at 26 Patriot Place, Ste 200 Foxboro, MA 02035 (referred to herein as "Foxboro Black Car," "Apex Black Car & Limousine INC.," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By booking, reserving, or using any transportation service provided by Foxboro Black Car Company or Apex Black Car & Limousine INC. — whether by telephone, online, via our booking portal, by written request, or by entering any vehicle operated on our behalf — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the full Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy set forth in Part IV.
If you are booking on behalf of a company, organization, group, or third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity and all its passengers to this Agreement. All passengers traveling in any vehicle operated by or on behalf of Foxboro Black Car Company are bound by these Terms as a condition of receiving transportation services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not make a reservation, do not enter a vehicle, and do not use our services.
Foxboro Black Car Company, through Apex Black Car & Limousine INC., provides professional chauffeured ground transportation throughout Massachusetts, New England, and the greater Northeastern United States, including: airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding and special event transportation, VIP and executive transportation, long-distance point-to-point transportation, group transportation, and Hourly As-Directed chauffeur service.
All services are performed by licensed, commercially insured, and background-checked chauffeurs operating commercially registered and inspected vehicles. Foxboro Black Car Company reserves the right to fulfill any booking through its own fleet or through a vetted affiliate operator, provided all such operators meet our licensing, insurance, and professional standards. In the event a ride is fulfilled by an affiliate, this Agreement remains fully applicable.
Foxboro Black Car Company does not operate as a taxicab, rideshare platform, transportation network company (TNC), or common carrier. We are a private professional chauffeured transportation company. Services are available by advance reservation only; no on-demand or hailed service is offered.
All reservations must be made in advance through our online booking portal at foxboroblackcar.com, by telephone at +1 (617) 352-9537, or by WhatsApp at +1 (617) 352-9537. A reservation is not confirmed until the Client receives a written or electronic booking confirmation containing a booking reference number from Foxboro Black Car Company.
The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information at booking, including: correct pickup address, date, and time; destination address; number of passengers; amount and type of luggage; and flight number for all airport-related trips. Foxboro Black Car Company shall not be liable for service failures resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted booking information.
Changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by a Company dispatch representative to take effect. Verbal change requests communicated to a chauffeur or to any non-dispatch personnel are not binding modifications to the booking.
Important: The time shown on your booking confirmation is the scheduled pickup time. Your chauffeur will be positioned and ready at the pickup location at or before this time. Please be ready to depart at the scheduled time to avoid wait time charges as described in Section 9.
All quoted fares are in United States Dollars and represent the base fare for the agreed service. A fuel surcharge of 7% is applied to the base fare on all bookings to reflect variable fuel costs. This surcharge is disclosed and incorporated into the quoted fare at the time of booking. No additional fuel-related charges will be added after a fare is confirmed.
A $50.00 same-day booking surcharge applies to any reservation requested for same-day service — meaning any booking where the requested pickup is within the same calendar day as the booking request. This surcharge applies regardless of vehicle class, service type, or whether the booking is for an event day. The $50.00 surcharge is in addition to the base fare and any applicable peak pricing. There is no waiver of this surcharge under any circumstance.
A $40.00 holiday surcharge applies to all trips occurring on the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The holiday surcharge is applied per vehicle per booking and is disclosed at the time of booking.
For sedan and SUV pickups from any airport between the hours of 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM, a $25.00 late night surcharge applies in addition to the base fare.
For fixed-route bookings (point-to-point and airport transfers), applicable tolls are either included in the quoted fare or disclosed at booking. For Hourly As-Directed bookings, tolls incurred during the service period are billable to the Client. The Company will never add undisclosed tolls or road charges to a fixed-fare booking after service completion.
A 20% gratuity for the chauffeur is automatically added to every booking invoice. This amount is passed directly and in full to the assigned chauffeur. The 20% gratuity is calculated on the base fare before surcharges. Clients wishing to provide additional gratuity may do so in cash directly to the chauffeur or by request at checkout.
Approved corporate accounts are invoiced on Net 30 terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices include itemized charges by date, traveler, route, and vehicle class. Late payments are subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted under Massachusetts law, whichever is lower. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 14 calendar days of invoice date.
Parking fees are set exclusively by the venue, parking operator, or municipality and are entirely outside Foxboro Black Car Company's control. When your chauffeur is required to park or stage in a paid parking area to fulfill your service, the actual parking fee charged by the venue or parking operator will be added to your final invoice at cost — meaning the exact amount charged to us, with no markup.
Parking fees are not included in any base fare, event day rate, or quoted price unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation. This applies to all venues including Gillette Stadium, TD Garden, Fenway Park, SNHU Arena, Logan International Airport, T.F. Green Airport, hotels, hospitals, and any other location where parking fees are assessed by a third party.
Where curbside positioning is operationally feasible, your chauffeur will use it to avoid parking charges. At event venues where curbside waiting is restricted by venue security or law enforcement, your chauffeur will park in a designated lot and the resulting fee will be passed through to the Client. For Hourly As-Directed event day bookings, parking fees incurred during the booked time block are the Client's responsibility.
For all non-airport pickups, a grace period of 7 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time is provided at no charge. After the 7-minute grace period, wait time is charged at $10.00 per 5-minute increment (equivalent to $2.00 per minute). Wait time charges are itemized on the invoice.
A 30-minute grace period applies to all domestic airport arrivals, beginning at the flight's actual wheels-down time as confirmed by our real-time flight tracking system. Wait time beyond 30 minutes is charged at $10.00 per 5-minute increment.
A 60-minute grace period applies to all international airport arrivals, beginning at the flight's actual wheels-down time, to account for customs and immigration processing. Wait time beyond 60 minutes is charged at $10.00 per 5-minute increment.
If the Client has not appeared and has not contacted dispatch by 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (for non-airport pickups), the booking may be classified as a no-show at the Company's discretion. A no-show fee equal to the full confirmed fare plus 20% gratuity plus any accrued wait time charges will be billed. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call dispatch immediately at +1 (617) 352-9537 to avoid a no-show classification.
Hourly As-Directed service provides a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for an extended time block at the Client's complete direction. The following terms apply specifically to Hourly As-Directed bookings.
The minimum booking is 2 hours on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends. The hourly rate begins when the vehicle departs the Company's Foxboro base to travel to the Client's first pickup location and ends when the vehicle returns to base after the final drop-off. Travel time to and from base is included in the billable duration. Fractions of an hour are rounded up to the next half-hour.
The hourly rate covers: chauffeur time for the booked duration, wait time between stops within the booked block, complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi, and luggage assistance at each stop. Multiple stops are included with no per-stop charge.
Parking fees (Section 5), tolls incurred during service, the 20% chauffeur gratuity (Section 4), same-day or holiday surcharges where applicable, and any hours beyond the booked block are not included in the hourly rate and will appear as separate line items on the invoice.
Extensions beyond the booked block are available subject to chauffeur availability and must be requested at least 30 minutes before the end of the booked block. Extensions are billed at the same hourly rate, rounded up to the next half-hour.
Our Event Day Recommendation: For all Gillette Stadium events, major concerts, and playoff games, Foxboro Black Car Company strongly recommends booking Hourly As-Directed rather than a fixed-rate point-to-point. One locked-in rate covers your entire event day — pre-event pickup, event attendance, post-event wait through traffic, and return home. No last-minute booking, no surge pricing, no separate return-trip booking into a sold-out post-event dispatch window. Recommended minimum block: 4 hours for standard games; 6 hours for major concerts and playoff events.
Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect at all times. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund: physical or verbal abuse of the chauffeur; smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or cannabis product inside the vehicle; consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under age 21; illegal drug use inside the vehicle; exceeding the vehicle's stated passenger capacity; and transporting animals without prior written authorization.
The Client is financially responsible for all damage to Company vehicles caused by the Client or any passenger in the Client's party. Minimum charges for specific types of damage are as follows:

The Company reserves the right to charge the Client's payment method on file for vehicle damage without further notice. Damage amounts above the stated minimums are billed at actual cost of repair, detailing, or lost revenue while the vehicle is unavailable for service.
The chauffeur has the right to refuse service or terminate a trip in progress if any passenger's behavior endangers the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers. The full fare remains due in all such cases and no refund will be issued.
Foxboro Black Car Company monitors all airport transfer bookings using real-time flight tracking data. Your chauffeur's dispatch time is automatically adjusted based on your flight's actual status. Flight tracking is provided as a courtesy service; the Company is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party aviation data.
Flight delays caused by the airline are handled automatically at no additional charge to the Client. Your chauffeur's departure time is adjusted in real time. You do not need to call us.
Notify dispatch at +1 (617) 352-9537 as soon as the airline notifies you of a cancellation. If you notify dispatch 2 or more hours before the original scheduled pickup time, your booking will be rescheduled to your rebooked flight at no charge (subject to vehicle availability). Notification with less than 2 hours before the original scheduled pickup is subject to the standard cancellation policy in Part IV. If your chauffeur has already departed for the pickup, a fee of 50% to 100% of the fare applies at dispatch's discretion.
If your flight is diverted to a different airport, contact dispatch immediately. We will make best efforts to redirect your chauffeur or arrange service at the diversion airport; additional charges may apply and will be disclosed before commitment. We cannot guarantee availability at diversion airports on short notice.
Foxboro Black Car Company is not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, or consequential travel costs arising from traffic delays, weather events, road incidents involving third parties, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend allowing adequate buffer time based on the recommended departure times published at foxboroblackcar.com/airport-transportation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE MASSACHUSETTS AND FEDERAL LAW, FOXBORO BLACK CAR COMPANY AND APEX BLACK CAR & LIMOUSINE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, MISSED FLIGHTS, MISSED EVENTS, MISSED MEETINGS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, HOTEL OR FLIGHT CANCELLATION FEES, OR OTHER DOWNSTREAM LOSSES, WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In the event of any claim arising from or related to the provision of transportation services, the Company's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fare actually paid by the Client for the specific trip giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
Foxboro Black Car Company maintains commercial automobile liability insurance as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A certificate of insurance is available upon written request.
Baggage and Personal Property: The Company is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage, personal belongings, electronic devices, or any items left in a vehicle or at any Company premises. Clients are responsible for all their personal property at all times. The Company's Lost & Found service (foxboroblackcar.com/lost-found) is provided as a courtesy with no warranty of recovery.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxboro Black Car Company, Apex Black Car & Limousine INC., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, chauffeurs, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Client's use of our services; (b) any breach of this Agreement by the Client or any passenger in the Client's party; (c) the conduct of any passenger in the Client's party during or in connection with our service; (d) any damage to vehicles caused by passengers in the Client's party; or (e) any misrepresentation made by the Client in connection with a booking.
Foxboro Black Car Company shall not be in breach of this Agreement and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; severe weather events; natural disasters; pandemics or public health emergencies; governmental orders or restrictions; civil unrest; road closures ordered by law enforcement or government authority; vehicle accidents involving third parties; mechanical failures that could not have been prevented through reasonable maintenance; or any other event constituting force majeure under Massachusetts law.
In the event of a force majeure cancellation by the Company, the Client will receive a full refund of any pre-paid fare. No additional damages are owed. Note that a Client's decision to cancel their own booking due to adverse weather or personal concerns about conditions does not constitute force majeure and is subject to the standard cancellation policy in Part IV.
By using foxboroblackcar.com and our online booking portal, you agree not to: (a) access any computer or communications system without authorization; (b) attempt to penetrate or disable any security system; (c) intentionally distribute a computer virus or launch a denial-of-service attack; (d) access or interfere with the accounts of other users; (e) send bulk unsolicited emails or facilitate spam in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003; (f) infringe upon the copyrights, trademark rights, trade secret rights, or other intellectual property rights of Foxboro Black Car Company or Apex Black Car & Limousine INC. All rights are reserved. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Client's account, legal action, and a requirement to pay costs of investigation and remedial action.
IMPORTANT — SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE NEVER FREE. Any cancellation of a booking where pickup is scheduled for the same calendar day as the cancellation request is subject to a 100% cancellation fee plus the $50 same-day booking surcharge. There are no exceptions to this rule regardless of the reason, how many hours before the pickup the cancellation is made, or whether the booking was made on that same day. If you believe you may need to cancel, cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
CRITICAL: A cancellation is not valid and has no legal effect until confirmed by a Foxboro Black Car dispatch representative who provides you with a cancellation confirmation number. The time of your cancellation is the timestamp at which a dispatch representative acknowledges receipt — not the time you communicated with anyone else.
Invalid Cancellation Methods — These Have No Legal Effect: Cancellations communicated through third-party booking platforms, social media (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok), text message to a personal chauffeur phone number, or verbal request to a chauffeur are not valid and will not be honored under this policy. The Company bears no liability for cancellations attempted through these channels.
The following schedule applies to all standard bookings: airport transfers, corporate transportation, Hourly As-Directed service, long-distance rides, and general transportation bookings on days that are not designated event days under Section 16.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE NEVER FREE. Any cancellation of a booking where the pickup is scheduled for the same calendar day as the cancellation request — regardless of how many hours before the pickup — is subject to a minimum cancellation fee. See the timeline and table below.

EVENT DAY POLICY APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS ON A DESIGNATED EVENT DAY. Stricter cancellation terms apply to any booking scheduled on a day when a major public event is taking place at Gillette Stadium (Foxboro, MA), TD Garden (Boston, MA), Fenway Park (Boston, MA), SNHU Arena (Manchester, NH), or any other venue designated by Foxboro Black Car Company. This applies even if your booking has no direct connection to the event — for example, an airport transfer on a Patriots game day is still subject to event day cancellation rules.

Any reservation made within 6 hours of the requested pickup time on an event day is automatically classified as a last-minute event day booking, is subject to full peak event pricing (up to 50% above standard base rates), and carries a zero-cancellation policy — meaning once confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any refund whatsoever. The $50 same-day booking surcharge also applies. By accepting the booking confirmation, the Client acknowledges these terms explicitly.
Under a fixed-rate point-to-point booking, the confirmed fare is charged in full regardless of how long the return trip takes due to post-event traffic congestion. The Client is not entitled to a fare reduction due to post-event traffic delays, as such delays are a known and foreseeable characteristic of major venue events.
Our Formal Recommendation — Hourly As-Directed for All Event Days: Book Hourly As-Directed for your entire event day. Your chauffeur stays with you through the event and through post-event traffic — all under one pre-agreed rate. No last-minute surge booking for the return trip. No risk of a sold-out dispatch window after the game ends. Minimum recommended block: 4 hours (standard games), 6 hours (major concerts and playoff events).
Changes to pickup time of less than 30 minutes are treated as minor modifications accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Changes of 30 minutes or more are treated as a cancellation and rebooking: the original booking is cancelled under the applicable cancellation policy, and a new booking is created at current pricing and availability.
Destination changes requested before the chauffeur has departed the Company base are accommodated at no charge, with any fare difference billed or refunded accordingly. Destination changes requested after the chauffeur has departed are accommodated at dispatch's discretion and may result in additional charges.
Upgrades are accommodated subject to availability at the prevailing rate. Downgrades requested more than 24 hours before pickup are accommodated with a rate adjustment. Downgrades within 24 hours are treated as a cancellation and rebooking under the standard cancellation policy.
For Sprinter Van, Executive Mini Coach, and Motor Coach bookings, any reduction in vehicle count or downgrade of vehicle class within 7 days of the scheduled service date is treated as a partial cancellation subject to the applicable cancellation policy on the cancelled vehicles.
A modification is only binding when confirmed in writing by a Foxboro Black Car dispatch representative. Verbal requests to a chauffeur, requests via social media, or requests communicated to anyone other than a dispatch representative have no legal effect.
Wedding transportation and multi-vehicle special event bookings require a distinct schedule due to significant advance planning, vehicle reservation, and chauffeur coordination commitments.
Wedding and special event bookings of two or more vehicles, or single-vehicle bookings made more than 30 days in advance for a significant occasion (wedding, prom, gala), require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total confirmed booking value at the time of reservation. This deposit is applied to the final invoice balance due 30 days before the event.

One complimentary date change is permitted if requested more than 90 days before the original event date, subject to availability on the new date. Date changes within 90 days of the original event date are treated as a cancellation and rebooking under the schedule above.
Reduction in vehicle count on a confirmed multi-vehicle booking: the cancellation fee schedule applies to each cancelled vehicle individually based on the time remaining before the event date.
Due to the operational commitment involved in deploying large-capacity vehicles, Sprinter Van, Executive Mini Coach, and Motor Coach bookings are subject to a 7-day cancellation window for a full refund. The following schedule applies specifically to these vehicle classes:

This 7-day policy applies in addition to any event day stricter terms. If a Motor Coach booking is on an event day, the more restrictive policy between Section 16 and this section applies.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for: Same-day cancellations; cancellations within 6 hours of standard pickup; cancellations within 24 hours of event day pickup; no-shows; or last-minute event day bookings confirmed within 6 hours of pickup. These are firm, non-negotiable policies.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. No cash refunds are issued. If the original payment method is expired or unavailable, contact dispatch at Support@foxboroblackcar.com to provide an alternative.
If a vehicle assigned to your booking suffers a mechanical failure and a replacement vehicle of the same class or better cannot be provided within a reasonable time, you will receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount. If a lower-class replacement is offered and accepted, you receive a pro-rated refund reflecting the rate difference. If you decline the lower-class replacement, you receive a full refund.
Foxboro Black Car Company will not dispatch vehicles when road conditions are determined by management to be unsafe. In the event of a weather-related Company cancellation: you will be notified as early as possible; a full refund of any pre-paid amount will be issued; and where possible we will offer to reschedule at the same confirmed rate.
Client responsibility: A Company weather cancellation applies only when the Company itself determines conditions are unsafe for dispatch. If the Client cancels their own booking due to personal weather concerns while the Company is still operating, the standard cancellation policy in Section 15 applies in full.
CHARGEBACK ABUSE IS A BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT. Filing a chargeback with your credit card issuer or bank for a legitimately charged cancellation fee, no-show fee, damage charge, or any other fee that falls within the terms of this Agreement constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of an illegitimate chargeback, Foxboro Black Car Company reserves the right to: (a) submit comprehensive evidence of this Agreement and the Client's acceptance of it to the card issuer; (b) pursue collection of the disputed amount plus all chargeback processing fees incurred by the Company; (c) permanently ban the Client from all future bookings; and (d) pursue all available legal remedies. Legitimate disputes must be submitted in writing to Support@foxboroblackcar.com within 14 calendar days of the charge and resolved through the informal dispute resolution process below before any chargeback is filed.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Foxboro Black Car Company is operated by Apex Black Car & Limousine INC., a Massachusetts corporation. Any dispute not subject to arbitration, or where arbitration is found unenforceable, shall be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and both parties hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before initiating any formal arbitration, the claiming party must send a written Notice of Dispute to the other party describing the claim and the relief sought. The Company's address for legal notices is: Apex Black Car & Limousine INC., 26 Patriot Place, Ste 200 Foxboro, MA 02035, Attention: Legal. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days after delivery of the Notice of Dispute before commencing arbitration.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the services provided, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement — including the scope of this arbitration clause — shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (for individual clients) or Commercial Arbitration Rules (for business clients), as applicable. Rules are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, unless the parties mutually agree to proceed remotely. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, provided the claim seeks only individual (non-class) relief and falls within the Massachusetts small claims jurisdictional limit (currently $7,000).
Allocation of AAA filing fees, administrative fees, and arbitrator compensation is governed by the applicable AAA rules. If the arbitrator determines a claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith, the arbitrator may award the Company its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
YOU AND FOXBORO BLACK CAR COMPANY / APEX BLACK CAR & LIMOUSINE INC. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that specific claim shall be severed and may be litigated in court; all other claims remain subject to arbitration.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with any booking confirmation, corporate account agreement, or written addendum agreed upon by both parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Foxboro Black Car Company / Apex Black Car & Limousine INC. with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether written or oral.
Foxboro Black Car Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version at foxboroblackcar.com/terms. The effective date will be updated on the posted document. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For existing corporate account holders, material amendments will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of your booking confirmation governs your reservation. Any reservation made prior to a policy change will be completed according to the terms in effect at the time of booking.
